A properly adjusted deck will ensure an even lawn service , smooth cut over the entire turf surface.  The deck should be adjusted while the mower is parked on an even flat hard surface.  Carefully measure the deck height from the floor at all four corners.  Make proper adjustment to bring each corner to the same height above the floor.
